Our postcards are immune to viruses because MyPostCards.com Network does not run on Windows servers, which are much more prone to viruses.  All the common and scary viruses do not affect UNIX servers, which are the servers that handle your postcard creations from start to finish! UNIX Operating Systems in general and our software in particular are totally immune to viuses and worms - it's simply not an issue here. Postcard notification mails (plain text) and postcard pages (HTML) are produced on our servers. These *.txt and *html formats are not subjected to any computer and/or network viruses.  Once you have made your selection from this page, and entered addressing and message information, a UNIX server in Alberta, Canada receives your request, retrieves the photo and the music from this site, assembles your card and delivers it to your recipient.
